The centre is based around a sensitively restored former farm courtyard. In the restoration
of these traditional country buildings we have blended craft solutions with modern
innovative technology, where appropriate, to produce an outstanding example of the
best of old and new. For example, there is extensive use of managed forest hardwood
timber and natural stone. At the same time, we have installed a state-of-the-art environmentally-friendly
underfloor heating system.
Around the brick and flint cobbled centrepiece there are five
office work units, predominately single storey, ranging from 600 to 3000 square feet
in capacity. Some of the units are also interlinked to allow maximum flexibility of
floor area. The units have a view into the internal court, and some units also have
exterior views over the surrounding countryside and the equestrian activities thereon.
All units have access to disabled toilet facilities and a kitchenette area.
